Yoga is an ancient physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in India. Yoga has gained tremendous popularity not only in India but across the globe. origin of the word “yoga” is from Sanskrit, which means “to unite”. Yoga creates unity between our body, soul and the Divine power.

On June 21, it was recognised by the United Nations. It marks an opportunity to spread awareness about the benefits of yoga. Yoga is said to be more than just an exercise for those who practice it on a daily basis. As per the United Nations, yoga stands as an emblem for creating balance and harmony.
