Shipping Policy
Each item at Cremson Publications encompasses shipping information associated with it.
1. The given information lets you know the processing time period of the item.
2. The said information will not indicate the arrival time of the items at their final destination because we use different courier services for different locations.
3. We dispatch your order within 2-3 days of confirming the order.
4. After the order gets dispatched from our end, the final delivery time depends solely on the courier service providers.
5. Although, we provide a tracking ID and courier company details for the customers to track the order. Once the order is picked up by the courier service providers, the sole responsibility lies with the courier company to deliver. However, if we receive any complaints from the customers, we make complaints to the courier company on their behalf.
6. The processing time for shipping an item from our local warehouse is approximately 2 days (if the said item is available). If the item is not available, then we courier it as soon as it gets available in our warehouse.
7. Shipping is free on all domestic orders i.e., across India.
Return Policy
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DAMAGED /DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS FROM CREMSON PUBLICATIONS?
If an item ordered by you on Cremson Publications is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at info@CremsonPublications.com for a replacement. We will guide you about how to refund the book to us for a replacement.

To provide you a worry free shopping experience on info@CremsonPublications.com, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 2 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note, put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. You can also call us and notify us of you returning an item.
